Pricing

At fnd., we keep our fees simple, fair, and transparent. You only pay for what you need and there are no hidden costs.

Proxy Fee

We charge a flat handling fee for most orders:

• ¥800 flat for items up to ¥10,000

• 8% commission for items above ¥10,000

Example:
¥9,500 item → ¥800 fee
¥20,000 item → ¥1,600 fee

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

This is the cost to ship your item from the Japanese seller to our location.
It varies depending on the seller (e.g., Mercari, Rakuten, Yahoo).

• Typically: ¥0 – ¥1,000

• We always include this in your final quote.

International Shipping

You choose the shipping method — we charge actual shipping costs with no markup.

Available carriers:

• DHL

• EMS (Japan Post)

• FedEx

• Yamato Global (for select countries)

We’ll recommend the best option based on size, weight, and speed.

Optional Services

If needed, we also offer:

• Photo confirmation before shipping: ¥500

• Protective packaging / repacking: ¥500–¥1,000 (depends on item)

• Express handling / Rush orders: Ask us
